Tips for Acne Care - How to wash you face:
Cleanliness and hygiene of the face are fundamental to healthy skin
care and even more so when people suffer from acne. When it comes to
washing your face if you have acne it is very important not to rub your
face when washing, as this might be too aggressive and could encourage
the emergence of more spots because it stimulates the skin to produce
more grease.
For this reason it is recommended to clean the face about twice a
day, no more, since it also could harm the health of the skin. And
always use a neutral soap free of perfumes accompanied by a gentle
massage rub. This will be much more healthy and can better combat the
symptoms of acne in addition to giving a healthier and more radiant look
to your complexion.
Additional tip - How to get fresher looking skin
The cleansing of the skin is not only health-related but also affects
aesthetics as a clean skin is much more beautiful and has a more fresh
look. One way to carry this out naturally is by mixing a cup of milk and
a liquefied cucumber, mix the ingredients to get a uniform texture and
this is applied on the skin with a cotton swab. After a few minutes
remove with warm water or with fresh, clean towels. |
